Return Policy

We work tirelessly to ensure that the top notch product reach you in the best condition. Returns and replacements will be accepted ONLY if we deliver the items that you did not order. Please write to us on feedback@foodsoul.in within 24 hours of the date of receiving the orders. Provide us with your order ID detail. Kindly email an image of the product and the copy of invoice for our reference. We will pick up the product(s) within 2-4 business days. Please return your purchase in its original packaging. Kindly ensure that the product(s) are not tampered with. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer. Our field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met. We will initiate the replacement process only if the product(s) are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given. The refund will be made within 72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.


Disclaimer

Every piece is a creation of artisans and based on craft styles, some being centuries old. There may be natural blemishes/distinctions that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade or handcrafted products, so you may find slight distinctions that make your purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors and size of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your electronic screen's settings and may not be accurate. We will only be able to address concerns that can be factually or visually verified mutually by our team and the customer. We regret that we will not be able to materially address any concern that may pertain to a sensory nature of taste and smell as those are individual experiences but will certainly value and incorporate all such feedback for future improvement.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations upto until the time the shipment has not been dispatched. The dispatch is notified in the form of an Airway Bill tracking number communicated by e-mail. In rare cases of the airway bill being communicated and the shipment not picked up, cancellations shall be entertained.

A full refund will be issued in the case of cancellations.
